1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClassifiedSA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClassifiedSA. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Listing Guidelines

• All listings must be for legal products and services
• Listings must not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Listings must not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Listings must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on ClassifiedSA:

• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
• Drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Adult content and services
• Human remains or body parts
• Endangered species or wildlife products
• Recalled or banned products

6. Payment & Fees

• Basic listings are free
• Premium features require payment
• All payments are processed securely via PayFast
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content
• By posting content, you grant us a license to display and promote it
• You must have the right to post all content
• We respect copyright and will remove infringing content

8. Liability Limitations

ClassifiedSA is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to any transaction and are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• Whether buyers or sellers will complete transactions
• Any disputes between users
• Any losses or damages arising from use of the Platform

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClassifiedSA harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
